高溫下鋁合金軸心受壓構(gòu)件試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為了研究火災(zāi)下鋁合金軸心受壓構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定承載能力,在不同溫度下,進(jìn)行了14個矩形截面鋁合金擠壓型材試件的軸心受壓試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)均為恒溫加載,試驗(yàn)過程中保持溫度不變,荷載持續(xù)增加,直至達(dá)到構(gòu)件的極限承載力。全部試件都發(fā)生了整體彎曲失穩(wěn)。對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與中國和歐洲鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:在常溫下,兩種規(guī)范給出的結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好;在高溫下,歐洲規(guī)范結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相差較大。

Experimental research on axially loaded aluminum members at elevated temperatures

Abstract: In order to investigate the buckling resistance of axially loaded aluminum members under fire condition, axial compression tests were carried out on a total of 14 extruded rectangular cross-section aluminum members at different temperatures. During the tests, each specimen was loaded to collapse at a given temperature. All of the specimens failed by global flexural buckling. A comparative analysis had been conducted between the experimental results and the design results predicted by Code for design of aluminum structures(GB 50429—2007)and Eurocode 9. It is demonstrated that the design results of the both codes show good agreement with the test results at ambient temperature, while at elevated temperatures Eurocode 9 gives considerably different results in comparison with experimental data.
