昆明欣都龍城超高層塔樓結構設計與分析

商黔建,羅強軍(云南怡成建筑設計有限公司, 昆明 650118)[摘要]欣都龍城超高層塔樓采用混合框架-型鋼混凝土核心筒-伸臂桁架的混合結構體系。利用避難(設備)層,共設置3道加強層以提高結構整體抗側剛度,加強層同時設置伸臂桁架與腰桁架。采用兩個相互獨立的不同力學模型的軟件對關鍵部位與構件進行了精細分析與性能設計,對結構整體進行了彈性和彈塑性動力時程分析,保證抗震設防目標與多道防線的實現(xiàn)。并對高烈度區(qū)超高層結構設計提出了建議。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑; 加強層; 混合結構; 抗震性能化設計; 豎向變形差中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)16-0068-05Structural design and analysis of Xindu Loong City super-tall building in KunmingShang Qianjian, Luo Qiangjun(Yunnan Yicheng Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Kunming 650118, China)Abstract: Xindu Loong City super-tall building adopts hybrid structural system of concrete-filled steel column and steel beam frame-steel reinforced concrete core wall-outriggers. To enhance the lateral stiffness, 3 strengthened stories with outriggers and belt trusses are set. Precise analysis and performance design of critical parts and members were carried out by 2 independent softwares. Elastic analysis and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis of the structure were conducted to fulfill the seismic performance objectives and seismic fortification requirements.
