高層鋼抗彎框架抗震性能研究

崔鴻超1,胡慶昌2(1 上海中巍結構設計事務所有限公司, 上海 200135; 2 北京市建筑設計研究院, 北京 100045)[摘要]29年前設計及建造的26層91m高的北京長富宮中心飯店采用的是純鋼框架結構。介紹了當時該工程的設計概況,并用現行規(guī)范及軟件對結構做了計算分析,驗證了結構可以滿足現行規(guī)范的要求。同時對同一建筑采用的三種結構形式(鋼框架結構、鋼框架-支撐結構與鋼框架-混凝土剪力墻結構)均進行了彈性及彈塑性分析,對比表明鋼抗彎框架具有較好的延性及抗震性能。最后對鋼抗彎框架適用的高度范圍及加強抗震框架的抗震性能進行了探討。[關鍵詞]鋼抗彎框架; 框架-支撐體系; 框架-混凝土剪力墻體系; 抗震性能中圖分類號:TU391, TU973.3+1 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)16-0008-07Analysis on seismic performance of a high-rise steel moment-resisting frameCui Hongchao1, Hu Qingchang2(1 China Majesty Structure Design Office Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200135, China; 2 Beijing Institute of Arechitecture Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Beijing Chang Fu Gong Center Hotel, bulit 29 years ago, is a 26-storey steel frame structure with 91m in height. The overview design at that time was given and the structure was analyzed with current specifications and software, which verified that the structure can meet the current specification requirements. Three structural systems of the same building, including steel frame, steel frame-braced structure and steel frame-concrete shear wall structure, were compared using elastic and elastic-plastic analysis methods. Results show that steel moment-resisting frame structure has better ductility and seismic performance.
