［提要］某精煉爐平臺(tái)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)共六層，因工藝要求，平面和豎向布置均很不規(guī)則，且平臺(tái)上有兩臺(tái)120t吊車(chē)和幾處重達(dá)60～100t的設(shè)備，數(shù)根主要承重柱需要在梁上生根。主要介紹了平臺(tái)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)分析和設(shè)計(jì)及節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。應(yīng)用板殼有限元分析了柱在梁上生根的節(jié)點(diǎn)受力變形特征。結(jié)果表明，此類工程除了結(jié)構(gòu)整體分析外，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)關(guān)鍵部位的局部分析。

Abstract:Steel platform structure of a refined steel smelting store is six floors. Horizontal and vertical structures have no regular pattern due to technical require. There are two cranes of 120t and some equipments of 60t to 100t on steel platform and several columns with large bearing value are to be located on beams. The structural system of steel platform structure, the analysis of the steel structure, and design are introduced. The results show that the analysis of important parts should be strengthened except overall structure analysis for the similar project.
