消能減震技術在高烈度區(qū)學校建筑中的應用

【摘要】為滿足學校建筑大空間的使用要求,學校建筑通常采用框架結構形式,針對高烈度區(qū)學校建筑的設計難點,如梁柱截面尺寸過大、超筋嚴重等,提出采用防屈曲耗能支撐和剪切型軟鋼阻尼器組合方案。并通過實際項目案例分析,對比傳統(tǒng)方案和消能減震方案的優(yōu)劣,結果表明消能減震方案既不影響建筑使用功能,又能大大提高結構的抗震性能,同時較傳統(tǒng)方案節(jié)約成本。

Application of energy dissipation technology in high intensity region school buildings

Abstrats: To meet the requirements of school construction in space, school construction usually adopts the frame structure. For the design difficulties of high intensity region school buildings, such as beam section dimensions are too large, super reinforced serious, etc. In this paper the combination scheme using buckling restrained brace and shear mild steel damper was proposed.Through the analysis of actual project cases, compared with the traditional scheme and energy dissipation schemes, the results show that the energy dissipation scheme does not affect the architectural features, greatly improving seismic performance of structures, and more cost savings.
