中宇國際大廈主樓樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要]昆山中宇國際大廈主樓為高204m的框筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)超高層建筑,其一側(cè)與3跨5層的裙房連為一體,采用鉆孔灌注樁樁筏基礎(chǔ)。在其基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中,采用變剛度調(diào)平的原理對樁筏進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),選擇合理的布樁平面和筏板厚度,對主樓以及裙房和純地下室的鉆孔灌注樁的樁端持力層和樁長進(jìn)行合理的配置,同時(shí)分析主樓灌注樁樁底后注漿的影響。為控制主樓與裙房的差異沉降,在主樓與裙房之間設(shè)置沉降后澆帶。通過計(jì)算設(shè)置后澆帶前后的差異沉降并加以對比分析,可以得出設(shè)置沉降后澆帶能有效控制主樓自身及主樓與裙房的差異沉降的結(jié)論,由此改善了筏板的內(nèi)力并降低了上部結(jié)構(gòu)的次內(nèi)力,從而減少了樁基礎(chǔ)工程量與筏板材料消耗。

Piled raft foundation design of Zhongyu International Plaza

Abstract: Zhongyu International Plaza in Kunshan City is an ultra-limit high-rise building with the height of 204 meters, in which a frame-core wall hybrid system is applied. Part of a five-storey podium is connected to this building. According to the geological conditions, bored pile raft foundation is adopted. In order to optimize the piled raft foundation, variable rigidity design for balance settlement is carried out, including selecting proper pile lay-out, pile length, bearing stratum under pile toe and raft foundation thickness. The influence on the foundation of post grouting in the pile bottom is analyzed as well. As one of the measures to reduce the differential settlement, a post-pouring settlement belt is set up between the main building and the podium. The effect of the belt is evaluated by comparison with the settlement without seting up post-pouring belt. Through those measures above, differential settlement is reduced effectively, that leads to weaken the internal force of the raft foundation and secondary internal force of the superstructure. Thus the quantities of pile foundation and the materials consumption will be decreased.
