多向低屈服點(diǎn)鋼隔震耗能支座開發(fā)與研究

(1 浙江大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院, 杭州 310028; 2 東南大學(xué)土木學(xué)院, 南京 210096)[摘要]基于目前低屈服點(diǎn)鋼主要是作為耗能器(阻尼器)應(yīng)用于上部結(jié)構(gòu)的耗能減震,嘗試設(shè)計(jì)了一種受力清晰、構(gòu)造合理的多向低屈服點(diǎn)鋼隔震耗能器支座,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行初步的理論、試驗(yàn)研究和軟件分析,為低屈服點(diǎn)鋼隔震耗能支座的研制與應(yīng)用開展一些有益的探索。對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)低屈服點(diǎn)鋼進(jìn)行了拉伸性能試驗(yàn),得到了材料的屈服強(qiáng)度和延性。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,通過ANSYS有限元程序?qū)Χ嘞虻颓c(diǎn)鋼隔震耗能支座模型進(jìn)行了低周反復(fù)荷載作用下的多參數(shù)化驗(yàn)證性分析。結(jié)果表明:多向低屈服點(diǎn)鋼隔震耗能支座具有較低的屈服點(diǎn),較大的延性和耗能能力。通過不同的參數(shù)對(duì)比得到,隨著支座腹板高厚比的減小、高寬比的增大,支座的耗能能力增強(qiáng),等效阻尼比較大。[關(guān)鍵詞]低屈服點(diǎn)鋼; 隔震耗能支座; 延性; 拉伸性能試驗(yàn); 低周反復(fù)試驗(yàn); 等效阻尼比中圖分類號(hào):TU311.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)15-0113-04Design and research of multidirectional low yield point steel isolation bearingZhang Wang1, Shu Ganping2(1 Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310028, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: Nowadays low yield point steel is mainly used for seismic energy dissipation in upper structure as dampers. Based on the tensibility experiment of low yield point steel, the yield strength, ductility of the steel were obtained. With the results of the experiment, multi-parametric analysis of low cycled reversed loading to the multidirectional low yield point steel isolation bearing was also carried with ANSYS finite element program. The results indicate that the bearing has low yield points, high ductility and good energy dissipation capacity.
