浦江體育中心張弦罩棚結構分析與設計

摘要]介紹了浦江體育中心體育場預應力張弦罩棚(最大懸挑約30m)工程的基本概況、結構的平面布置、索桁架的結構形式以及整體經(jīng)濟性指標。對索桁架體系,分別進行了平面內的線性受力分析以及幾何非線性分析,總結了多種荷載工況下的索桁架受力特性。對線性與非線性分析結果進行比對,發(fā)現(xiàn)此類結構為半剛性結構,應當采用幾何非線性的分析方法。設計過程中確定了索桁架上下弦拉索初始張拉力的基本原則與技術要點;著重研究了支撐索桁架體系的外圍混凝土柱的受力特點。單獨推導了作為索桁架平面外支撐的環(huán)拱的等效軸壓剛度的計算公式,以及確定環(huán)拱截面的設計方法。

Analysis and design of cantilever string structure in canopy shell of Pujiang Sport Center

Abstract: The pre-stress string structure is applied in the stadium’s canopy shell of Pujiang Sport Center. The maximum cantilever length is about 30m. The project overview, structural plane layout, structural form of string truss and economic indicators of the entire structure are introduced. The linear and nonlinear analyses for the string truss were conducted. The mechanical characteristics of string truss are concluded. According to the results, the string truss can be considered as semi-rigid structure, which should be analyzed by geometrically nonlinear method. The principles how to determine the pre-tension forces of strings are introduced. The RC columns which support the string truss are studied especially. Finally the equivalent formula for axial compression stiffness of circumferential arches as the out-plane supports to string trusses is derived, as well as the method to determine the cross section of arches is given.
