重載大跨鋼-混凝土組合梁支座負彎矩控制方法

劉國民1,聶建國2,干鋼1,沈金1,秦從律1(1 浙江大學建筑設計研究院, 杭州 310028; 2 清華大學土木工程系, 北京 100084)[摘要]以溫州喜來登酒店宴會廳鋼-混凝土組合屋蓋工程為例,針對重載大跨組合梁負彎矩區(qū)截面應力與變形的控制,在分析組合梁的受力特性與成形特點的基礎上,提出分階段設計的方法。通過設置支座后澆帶與轉換節(jié)點,組合梁先以簡支形態(tài)承擔結構自重,后以固支形態(tài)承擔外加荷載。介紹分階段設計的具體內容以及由鉸接轉變?yōu)閯偨拥目赊D換節(jié)點的設計,通過現場堆載試驗驗證結構可靠性以及組合梁受壓翼板混凝土有效寬度不同計算方法的精確度,對組合梁在連接方式、鋼梁截面形式及翼板混凝土配筋等方面提出設計優(yōu)化建議。[關鍵詞]鋼-混凝土組合梁; 負彎矩控制; 分階段設計; 轉換節(jié)點; 結構試驗中圖分類號:TU398.7 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)15-0044-05Control method of the support negative moment of long-span steel-concrete composite beamsLiu Guomin1, Nie Jianguo2, Gan Gang1, Shen Jin1, Qin Conglu1(1 Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310028, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: Based on the background of steel-concrete composite roof used in the ballroom of Wenzhou Sheraton Hotel, and on the basis of analysis of mechanical property and deformation characteristic of the composite beams, a multi-stage design method is proposed to control the beam’s sectional stress and deformation in the negative moment region. Composite beams designed by multi-stage method need to set post-pouring strip and conversion-joints at negative moment region, the beams bear self-weight with simply support first, and then bear external loads with rigid support.
