長興縣行政服務中心超限高層結構抗震性能分析

丁磊，沈金，干鋼（浙江大學建筑設計研究院， 杭州 310028）［摘要］長興縣行政服務中心工程采用了豎向構件較少落地的大型復雜箱形轉換結構?；诖_定的抗震性能化設計目標，分別采用振型分解反應譜法、彈性時程分析和pushover分析方法對該工程進行抗震性能研究。根據計算分析結果對轉換層結構采用型鋼混凝土梁及上下兩層混凝土樓板組成的型鋼混凝土箱形轉換結構，使其在滿足建筑造型的同時能達到“小震不壞、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震設防要求，保證結構足夠的安全性，實現了抗震性能化設計目標。［關鍵詞］超限高層； 箱形轉換結構； 性能化設計； 平面不規(guī)則； 豎向不規(guī)則中圖分類號：TU398 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)15-0027-04Seismic analysis on out-of-codes high-rise building of Changxing Government Affair Service CenterDing Lei, Shen Jin, Gan Gang(Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Hanzhou 310028, China)Abstract: The large and complex high-rise structure with box transfer story, vertical members with less ground are employed for Changxing Government Affair Service Center. The seismic performance design objective was determined, and then the seismic performance studies were conducted by response spectrum analysis, elastic time-history analysis and pushover analysis respectively.
