摘要]太原供電分公司辦公樓南樓建筑高度呈階梯狀變化,建筑存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、立面收進(jìn)尺寸不規(guī)則及偏心布置,屬于超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。采用PKPM和MIDAS軟件進(jìn)行多遇地震和設(shè)防地震的彈性分析,采用MIDAS軟件進(jìn)行罕遇地震靜力彈塑性分析。綜合分析結(jié)果,提出了建筑高度階梯狀變化超限建筑的設(shè)計(jì)措施及構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施。

Seismic performance evaluation on the south tower structure of Taiyuan Power Co. Office Building

Abstract: The ladder-shaped elevation of the south tower of Taiyuan Power Co. Office Building results in its remarkable mass and rigidity eccentricity in plane as well as its irregularity in torsion, which make the structure exceed some limits of current code of China. PKPM and MIDAS softwares were adopted in the response and elastic time-history analysis under frequently occurr and precautionary earthquake. The pushover analysis was carried out with MIDAS to make sure the structure is safe under seldom occurred earthquake. Countermeasures to solve the problems caused by the ladder-shaped elevation and some key techniques in the structure design are illustrated.
