改變結構體系加固方法的應用*

孫緒杰1,3,王鳳來2,張厚3,劉偉1(1 黑龍江工程學院, 哈爾濱 150050; 2 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學, 哈爾濱 150090;3 黑龍江省建設集團有限公司, 哈爾濱 150046)[摘要]哈爾濱市哈南工業(yè)園區(qū)某科技樓為8層框架結構,在主體完工后的裝修過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)梁板出現(xiàn)大面積裂縫。經(jīng)檢測,混凝土強度等級最低只有C15左右,大范圍的梁、柱承載力不滿足要求。通過在橫向框架中增設剪力墻段、改柱下獨立基礎為墻下條形基礎、在建筑物縱向加固井字梁這些措施,將結構體系變?yōu)榭蚣?剪力墻結構,消除了安全隱患。[關鍵詞]框架結構; 框架-剪力墻結構; 改變結構體系; 加固改造中圖分類號:TU312+.3, TU398+.2文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2013)14-0087-05Application of reinforcing a building by change its structure systemSun Xujie1,3, Wang Fenglai2, Zhang Hou3, Liu Wei1(1 Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, Harbin 150050, China; 2 Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150090, China; 3 Heilongjiang Provincial Construction Group Co., Ltd., Harbin 150046, China)Abstract: A science and technology building in Harbin Hanan industrial park is a 8-story frame structure building, a large number of cracks were found in beams and floors after the major structure finished. The lowest strength grade of the concrete of the beams and the columns were detected only about C15, a lot of beams and columns did not satisfy the bearing capacity.
