錦園五洲風情工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的若干特點

（中國建筑西北設(shè)計研究院，西安710003）［提要］錦園五洲風情項目的地基條件復雜，地下水位過高，設(shè)計局部采用抗浮樁來抵抗過大的水浮力。為了滿足建筑功能和造型的要求，通過設(shè)置加強后澆帶、加強保水養(yǎng)護等措施解決了處理超長地下室的問題，用預應力結(jié)構(gòu)配合鋼結(jié)構(gòu)來滿足復雜建筑入口造型的要求。工程設(shè)計獲中國現(xiàn)代優(yōu)秀民族建筑綜合金獎。其設(shè)計處理方法可供同類工程設(shè)計參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］抗浮樁；超長結(jié)構(gòu)；預應力設(shè)計Structural Design of Jinyuan Commercial Building/Ren Tongrui,Shen Licao,Xu Bairong,Wang Yu(China Northwest Building Design Research Institute,Xi"an 710003,China)Abstract:Engaging in the problem of the shallow ground water in the structural design of Jinyuan Commercial Building,anti-floatage piles are partially used to resist the big buoyant force.The reinforced post-cast strip and water retentive curing are employed to slove the problem of super length underground structure. The prestressed structure and the steel structure are integrated to satisfy the need of complicated building construction.
