連續(xù)梁板中無(wú)粘結(jié)CFRP筋極限應(yīng)力增量研究*

摘要]利用無(wú)粘結(jié)CFRP筋部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁板全過(guò)程分析程序的計(jì)算結(jié)果,探討CFRP筋彈性模量、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋配筋指標(biāo)、非預(yù)應(yīng)力筋配筋指標(biāo)、加載方式、跨高比、跨中與中支座相應(yīng)控制截面配筋指標(biāo)差異等參數(shù)對(duì)連續(xù)梁板中無(wú)粘結(jié)CFRP筋極限應(yīng)力增量的影響規(guī)律,進(jìn)而確定影響無(wú)粘結(jié)CFRP筋極限應(yīng)力增量的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。基于仿真分析結(jié)果,以關(guān)鍵參數(shù)為自變量建立了連續(xù)梁板中無(wú)粘結(jié)CFRP筋極限應(yīng)力增量的計(jì)算公式,可以此為依據(jù)計(jì)算連續(xù)梁板的受彎承載力。

Research on ultimate stress increment in unbonded CFRP tendons for continuous beams and slabs

Abstract: Based on the results of full-range analysis programs of partially prestressed concrete continuous beams and slabs with unbonded CFRP tendons, the basic factors such as modulus of elasticity for CFRP tendon, prestressing reinforcement index, non-prestressed reinforcement index, loading type, ratio of span to height, the difference between combined reinforcement index of intermediate support section and that of mid-span section affecting the law of ultimate stress increment of unbonded CFRP tendons were presented. Key factors which have major effect on ultimate stress increment of unbonded CFRP tendons were defined. Based on the results of simulation analysis, taking key parameters as independent variable, the calculation formulas of ultimate stress increment of unbonded CFRP tendons in continuous beams and slabs were proposed, and they can provide the basis for correctly calculating flexural load bearing capacity of continuous beams and slabs.
