齡期和鋼筋種類對鋼筋套筒灌漿連接受力性能影響的試驗研究*

摘要]作為預(yù)制裝配整體式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,套筒灌漿連接主要用于連接該結(jié)構(gòu)中豎向構(gòu)件的鋼筋。為研究齡期(1,4,7,28d)和鋼筋種類(HRB500和HRB400)對鋼筋套筒灌漿連接受力性能的影響,制作36個試件進行單調(diào)拉伸和單向重復(fù)拉伸試驗。研究表明,連接發(fā)生鋼筋刮犁式拔出和拉斷兩類破壞。首周內(nèi)連接的承載力和變形隨齡期增長迅速發(fā)展,7d時趨于穩(wěn)定。采用HRB500鋼筋連接的28d承載力高于HRB400鋼筋連接,但均稍低于相應(yīng)鋼筋的承載力。連接的變形與鋼筋種類沒有明顯關(guān)系。

Experimental research on effects of grout age and types of steel bars on mechanical behavior of grout sleeve splicing for reinforcing bars

Abstract: Grout sleeve splicing is mainly applied for connection of steel bars embedded in vertical members of integral prefabricated assembled concrete structures. In order to understand effects of grout age(1,4,7,28d)and types of steel bars(HRB500,HRB400)on mechanical behavior of grout sleeve splicing for reinforcing bars, 36 specimens were fabricated and tensioned with electro-hydraulic servo testing machine monotonically and repeatedly. It is found that two categories of failure pattern may happen, i.e. pullout or fracture of a bar. Moreover, the load bearing capacity and deformation of the splicing develops quickly in the first week with the increasing of grout age. The load bearing capacity of the splicing at 28 days using the steel bar type of HRB500 is higher than that of HRB400, however, both are slight lower than the ones corresponding to the ultimate strengths of steel bars, respectively. The types of steel bars show no significant effect on deformation of the splicing.
