基于極限粘結(jié)狀態(tài)的銹蝕鋼筋與混凝土之間的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度模型*

滕海文1,2,賀志遠(yuǎn)1,趙卓3(1 北京工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院, 北京 100124; 2 北京工業(yè)大學(xué)城市與工程安全減災(zāi)省部共建教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室, 北京 100124; 3 鄭州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 鄭州 450001)[摘要]箍筋的配置與否會引起銹蝕鋼筋與混凝之間極限粘結(jié)狀態(tài)的改變,基于Tepfers受均勻內(nèi)壓作用的厚壁圓筒力學(xué)模型和不同極限粘結(jié)狀態(tài)時的受力模型,以未開裂混凝土對銹蝕鋼筋的有效約束力為入手點(diǎn),建立了銹蝕鋼筋與混凝土之間的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度模型。通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行模型的驗證,結(jié)果表明無箍筋配置時粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度模型的有效性與劈裂破壞時變形肋前的錐面傾角有關(guān),有箍筋配置時粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度模型的有效性與鋼筋的銹蝕程度有關(guān)。[關(guān)鍵詞]混凝土; 銹蝕; 鋼筋; 粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度; 模型中圖分類號:TU375,TU317+.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)14-0073-04Bond strength model between corroded reinforcement and concrete based on ultimate bond stateTeng Haiwen1,2, He Zhiyuan1, Zhao Zhuo3(1 The College of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100124,China; 2 Beijing Key Lab of Earthquake Engineering and Structural Retrofit, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100124, China; 3 School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450001, China)Abstract: Stirrup lead to different ultimate bond states between corroded reinforcement and concrete. Based on Tepfers’s mechanical model of thick walled cylinder under uniform internal pressure and ultimate stress model with different ultimate bond states, effective binding force of uncracked concrete to the corroded reinforcement in the ultimate state was studied to establish the bond strength model between corroded reinforcement and concrete.
