蘇州中心廣場連體超高層公寓結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

談麗華，張謹，郭一峰，朱尋焱，傅根洲，常瀚（蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司， 蘇州 215021）［摘要］蘇州中心廣場連體超高層公寓的核心筒較小，高寬比大大超出規(guī)范建議值。詳細介紹了其抗震設(shè)計，結(jié)合工程特點及超限情況，確定結(jié)構(gòu)的性能化抗震設(shè)計目標；對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了性能化分析，并對連體桁架部分單獨進行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析設(shè)計。計算結(jié)果表明，所選結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理、安全、可靠，結(jié)構(gòu)各項性能均能達到預(yù)定的抗震性能目標。［關(guān)鍵詞］超高層； 連體桁架； 性能化抗震設(shè)計； 樓板應(yīng)力中圖分類號：TU375，TU318 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)14-0019-06Analysis and design of the connected super high-rise apartment building of Centre Square of SuzhouTan Lihua, Zhang Jin, Guo Yifeng, Zhu Xunyan, Fu Genzhou, Chang Han(Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Seismic design of the connected super high-rise apartment building of Centre Square of Suzhou was illustrated for the small core tube and large aspect ratio. Performance objectives of seismic design were proposed with consideration of the characteristic and the design beyond code limits. Performance-based seismic design was carried out for the structure, and the analysis of the connected truss was also carried out.
