王干,楊律磊,趙建忠,周慧鑫,陳露(蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]賽得大廈屬現(xiàn)代化高層辦公樓,由南北塔樓及高位連體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)桁架組成。詳細(xì)介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)分析了高位連體桁架與塔樓的連接方式、鉛芯橡膠支座的數(shù)值模擬;基于性能化設(shè)計(jì)采用罕遇地震作用下彈塑性時程分析對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能進(jìn)行評價。分析結(jié)果表明,在地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo),同時,通過罕遇地震作用下彈塑性時程分析找出了結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,并采取相應(yīng)的抗震加強(qiáng)措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]連體結(jié)構(gòu); 鉛芯橡膠支座; 性能化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號:TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)14-0014-05Design on high-connected structure for Saide mansion in SuzhouWang Gan, Yang Lülei, Zhao Jianzhong, Zhou Huixin, Chen Lu(Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Saide mansion is a modern office building, including south and north towers and connected steel truss in high position. The design of structural system was described in detail, especially the connecting between steel truss and towers, numerical simulation for rubber brace with lead core. Dynamical elastic-plastic analysis was used to evaluate the anti-seismic performance of the building. The analysis results indicate that the structure shows the anticipated seismic performances under earthquake.
