蘇州現(xiàn)代傳媒廣場辦公樓超限結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

張謹(jǐn),談麗華,路江龍,楊律磊,傅根洲,楊偉興(蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計研究院股份有限公司, 蘇州 215021)[摘要]蘇州現(xiàn)代傳媒廣場辦公樓建筑高度為214.8m,塔樓與部分裙房以大跨多層空間桁架連成整體,結(jié)構(gòu)體系復(fù)雜,高度等多項指標(biāo)超限,屬超限高層建筑。介紹了其各組成部分的結(jié)構(gòu)體系以及設(shè)計分析內(nèi)容,并基于PERFORM-3D程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進行動力彈塑性時程分析,以判斷結(jié)構(gòu)在大震作用下的性能。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對豎向構(gòu)件、垂幕形中庭、大跨多層空間桁架連接體等重要部分采取有針對性的抗震措施。同時為準(zhǔn)確計算塔樓底部3層躍層柱的計算長度,對整體進行了屈曲穩(wěn)定分析。[關(guān)鍵詞]結(jié)構(gòu)體系; 超限高層; 性能化設(shè)計; 大跨空間桁架; 屈曲穩(wěn)定性中圖分類號:TU973+.14 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)14-0007-07Structure design and analysis of Suzhou Modern Media Square OfficeZhang Jin, Tan Lihua, Lu Jianglong, Yang Lülei, Fu Genzhou, Yang Weixing(Suzhou Industrial Park Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: The height of Suzhou Modern Media Square Office is 214.8m.Tower and podium are combined together with multi layers space truss. Structure system is complex, and many indexes exceed the limit,so it belongs to super high-rise building. The structure system and design contents of each part were introduced. Dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis was done by PERFORM-3D in order to analyze the performance of the structure under rare earthquake. Based on the results, special treatments were taken to the vertical components, vertical curtain type atrium and large-span space truss.
