［提要］武漢光谷中心花園辦公樓在施工期間發(fā)生火災(zāi)，剛澆搗3d的樓面上所立的模板被燒毀?；馂?zāi)后過火樓面產(chǎn)生了廣泛分布的裂縫，造成過火樓面一定程度損傷，但混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)仍能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。根據(jù)火災(zāi)后的檢測鑒定結(jié)果，對(duì)該樓面采取另配板面筋、加厚樓板方式加固，取得了良好效果。

Reinforcing and Retrofitting of an Office Building in Wuhan Optical Valley After Fire Accident/Zhang Lianguang，Dong Xiaoming，Xu Jia(The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510010，China)Abstract:The fire accident of office building in Wuhan Optical Valley in construction caused the timber moulding board burnt out which was erected on the concrete floor newly cast 3 days before. Although cracks were extensively distributed on the floor and some damage occurred,the test result showed that concrete strength still met the design requirement.According to the test report,such retrofitting measures as adding steels,thickening the floor are adopted,and satisfaction effect was achieved.
