郭猛1，徐健2，張彥輝1，徐福泉1，杜德杰1（1 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院， 北京 100013； 2 中國葛洲壩集團(tuán)國際工程有限公司， 北京 100022）［摘要］我國20世紀(jì)五六十年代建成的多層砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋使用至今已經(jīng)超過50年，隨著房屋自身材料性能的不斷下降以及人們對(duì)房屋安全問題的重視，大量砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋需要進(jìn)行必要的安全性鑒定，由此給我國房屋結(jié)構(gòu)安全鑒定的研究和規(guī)范編制及修訂帶來了更多的挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合檢測(cè)鑒定組近期進(jìn)行的北京地區(qū)數(shù)十棟多層砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的安全鑒定工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，討論了現(xiàn)行北京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《房屋結(jié)構(gòu)安全鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（DB11/T637—2009）需要改進(jìn)的地方，并提出了相應(yīng)的建議，以期為《房屋結(jié)構(gòu)安全鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的進(jìn)一步修訂提供參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］《房屋結(jié)構(gòu)安全鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》； 砌體結(jié)構(gòu)； 修訂建議中圖分類號(hào)：TU352文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A文章編號(hào)：1002848X(2013)12009304Recommendation of revisions on Standard for structure safety appraiser of buildingsGuo Meng1， Xu Jian2， Zhang Yanhui1， Xu Fuquan1， Du Dejie1(1 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China；2 China Gezhouba Group Company International Limited, Beijing 100022, China)Abstract:Multilayer masonry structure buildings constructed in 1950s’ and 1960s’ were used for more than fifty years in our country. With the degradation of the structural material properties, and the safety problems are constantly emphasized by people at the same time, a large number of masonry structure buildings need necessary safety appraiser, which also brings more challenge to people to research the structure safety appraiser standard.
