新型鋼管混凝土不穿心節(jié)點靜載試驗研究

摘 要

[提要]基于鋼管混凝土柱與鋼筋混凝土密肋扁梁連接的新型不穿心節(jié)點型式,進(jìn)行了典型節(jié)點的靜載試驗。介紹了試驗方案、試件制作、加荷方式、試件的裂縫發(fā)展情況及破壞形態(tài)等。試驗結(jié)果表明,新型節(jié)點整體上設(shè)計合理,傳力明確,易于施工;在高層建筑中新型節(jié)點可極大降低節(jié)點區(qū)空間,具有良好的安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

Abstract: Based on presented novel no-through-core concrete-filled steel tubular connection with flat beams with dense ribs, static experiments on typical connections have been fulfilled. The experimental scheme, fabrication of specimens, loading system, development of cracks and failure models are described. Experimental results show that the design of the novel connection is reasonable, force transmission is clear and it is easy to be constructed. The usage of the novel connection will reduce the space around connection, thus its economical for the highrise building to adopt the novel connection.
