[提要]南京聯(lián)強(qiáng)國際大廈深基坑支護(hù)工程基坑深14.9m,上部采用復(fù)合土釘墻(深層攪拌樁加土釘)支護(hù),下部采用鉆孔灌注樁加兩層鋼筋混凝土支撐進(jìn)行支護(hù),一排三軸深層攪拌樁止水。通過對支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系的計算和基坑監(jiān)測結(jié)果分析得出:基坑支護(hù)樁樁頂水平位移時空效應(yīng)明顯;樁身彎矩實測值介于水土合算值與分算值之間,水土分算比較安全;基坑開挖過程中必須做好坑壁防滲措施,以保護(hù)基坑周圍的道路或建筑物。

Abstract: A 14.9m deep foundation pit in Nanjing Lianqiang International Building, using composite soil-nailed support upside and drilling-grouting pile with two concrete frames underside,is designed and monitored.The calculation and monitoring results show that the space-time effect of foundation pit shoring top level displacement is obvious,the test value of pole body"s bending moment is between the calculating values of estimating the water and the earth pressures together and separately, and the latter is safer.Some measures must be taken to prevent the leakage of the pit wall.These conclusions are useful for design and monitoring of the similar foundation pit.
