冷彎薄壁型鋼-混凝土組合樓蓋構(gòu)造與設計

賈子文1,周緒紅1,2,劉永健1(1 長安大學陜西省公路橋梁與隧道重點實驗室, 西安 710064;2 蘭州大學土木工程與力學學院, 蘭州 730000)[摘要]冷彎薄壁型鋼混凝土組合樓蓋作為一種新型樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)形式,需要從受力性能和構(gòu)造方式方面進行更多的研究和認識。針對冷彎薄壁型鋼混凝土組合樓蓋的構(gòu)造特點,從基本構(gòu)件、緊固件、壓型鋼板與樓蓋梁連接、樓蓋梁腹板開孔、支座加勁件、梁與柱的安裝、樓蓋梁布置及支撐系統(tǒng)等方面,對其構(gòu)造進行了詳細闡述。最后,提出了冷彎薄壁型鋼-混凝土組合樓蓋的簡化模型——T形組合梁的實用計算公式,以供工程設計參考和借鑒。[關(guān)鍵詞]組合樓蓋; 冷彎薄壁型鋼; 組合梁; 構(gòu)造中圖分類號:TU398+.9文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)12002005Construction and design of coldformed steel joists concrete composite floorJia Ziwen1, Zhou Xuhong1,2, Liu Yongjian1 (1 Key Laboratory for Highway Bridge and Tunnel of Shaanxi Province, Chang′an University, Xi′an 710064, China;730000, China)Abstract:The mechanical performance and construction method of coldformed steel joists concrete composite floor, which is a new floor structure system, should be more carefully studied. According to the structural characteristics of coldformed steel joists concrete composite floor, from basic components, fasteners, connection between profiled steel sheet and floor joists, holes on the web of floor joists, stiffeners of support saddle, installation method of beam and column, arrangement of floor joists, to bracing system and other aspects, the constructions were elaborated.
