梁式轉(zhuǎn)換層梁柱受力性能研究

毛蓉方,王曙光,王滋軍,杜東升 (南京工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 南京 210009)[摘要]以常州凱悅中心11#商業(yè)住宅樓為例,驗算了超限高層框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)梁式轉(zhuǎn)換層梁柱構(gòu)件在中震彈性工況下的承載力,采用ABAQUS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層的關(guān)鍵框支梁柱構(gòu)件進行了大震工況下的局部應(yīng)力計算分析,著重分析并獲得了轉(zhuǎn)換層框支梁柱混凝土中內(nèi)置鋼筋、內(nèi)置型鋼及混凝土的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)和塑性變形。研究結(jié)果表明:本工程梁式轉(zhuǎn)換層部分在初步設(shè)計階段確定的框支梁柱的尺寸及配筋是安全可靠的,滿足其在中震彈性工況下的承載力要求以及在大震彈塑性工況下的應(yīng)力和變形要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層框架剪力墻; 轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu); 承載力; 有限元分析中圖分類號:TU973.1+6文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)12001505Study on mechanical behaviors of beams and columns of the girder transfer floorMao Rongfang, Wang Shuguang, Wang Zijun, Du Dongsheng(College of Civil Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract:The 11 # commercial residential building of Changzhou Kaiyue Center is taken for example to calculate the elastic bearing capacity of beams and columns of the girder transfer floor under the moderate earthquake. Local stress of key members of frame beams and columns supporting walls of the girder transfer floor under rare earthquake was analyzed using ABAQUS software. The stress state and plastic deformation of builtin rebars, builtin steel and concrete in the members were analyzed.
