[提要]基礎(chǔ)規(guī)范沒有對多墻柱下基礎(chǔ)計算方法作出明確規(guī)定。由于基礎(chǔ)計算的復雜性以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計軟件的局限性,在進行多墻柱下基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計中存在計算模型過于簡化、不同軟件的設(shè)計結(jié)果差異大、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計過于保守浪費等問題。針對多墻柱下擴展基礎(chǔ)和樁基礎(chǔ)計算中的計算模型選擇、抗震承載力調(diào)整、沖切計算、剪切計算、變形計算等方面的問題進行討論,提出多墻柱下基礎(chǔ)計算應(yīng)以有限元分析為基礎(chǔ),考慮彈性和剛性兩種基礎(chǔ)模型,考慮所有的荷載作用組合,可供設(shè)計參考和使用。計算方法已在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計軟件中實現(xiàn)。

Abstract: The calculation formula for foundation design under multi-column-shear-wall action is not suggested in code. Because of the complexity of foundation calculation and the limitation of current CAD software for foundation design, some problems of foundation design under multi-column-shear-wall action were founded, e.g. the calculation model simplified unreasonablely, the inconsistent results for a same example from different software, too conservative result, etc. The key problems, such as choice of finite elements, the adjustment of aseismic bearing capacity, the calculation of punching, shearing and bearing capacity and foundation deformation of spread and pile foundation under multi-column-shear-wall action, are discussed. The FEM based calculation models are proposed, including the rigid and elastic model and all loading combinations. The calculating methods have been implemented in GSCAD software.
