紹興市游泳館異形鋼屋蓋結構設計

[摘要]紹興市游泳館異形鋼屋蓋采用了管桁架結構,主要受力桁架根據(jù)彎矩分布進行了變結構高度設計;在屋蓋的落差部位,通過管桁架的分段平滑彎折使弦桿得以貫通;在管桁架應力峰值較大的部位采用了銷軸支座,在應力峰值較小的部位采用了帶焊接球的平板支座。管桁架結構采用MSTCAD進行設計,采用MIDAS/Gen進行了整體校核以及地震作用分析,采用ANSYS進行了關鍵支座節(jié)點有限元分析以及考慮雙重非線性的穩(wěn)定分析,結果表明現(xiàn)行的設計能夠滿足設計目標。

Structural design on irregularly shaped steel roof of Shaoxing Natatorium

Abstract:Structural system of spatial tube truss is adopted in the irregularly shaped steel roof of Shaoxing Natatorium. The structural height of primary tube truss varies according to moment distribution. The tube truss flexes smoothly to make sure the penetration of chords of tube truss where the roof lifts suddenly. Pin support is applied where the peak stress of the structure is larger. Plate support with weld spherical joint is applied where the peak stress of the structure is smaller. The roof structure was designed with MSTCAD, while the overall structure and its seismic performance were analyzed by MIDAS/Gen. Double nonlinear stability analysis and finite element analysis of key support joints were carried out by ANSYS. Results show that the structure can fulfill the design goal.
