大底盤(pán)單塔偏置建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

何富華,羅志國(guó)(廣州市住宅建筑設(shè)計(jì)院有限公司， 廣州 510623)［摘要］廣州獵德地塊酒店為大底盤(pán)單塔偏置的框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)?；诟拍钤O(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)定了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能目標(biāo)。結(jié)構(gòu)的彈性地震反應(yīng)分析表明，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到了設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo)。詳細(xì)分析了塔樓偏置給結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)的不利影響：裙房分擔(dān)了30%的塔樓水平力；樓偏置加劇了裙房的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)；塔樓和裙房相互“牽扯”。針對(duì)以上不利影響提出了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施，可為其他類似的塔樓偏置建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］塔樓偏置； 豎向不規(guī)則； 扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則； 樓板有限元分析中圖分類號(hào)：TU318，TU9732文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A文章編號(hào)：1002848X(2013)11005505Structural design of an eccentric tower building with large podiumHe Fuhua, Luo Zhiguo（Guangzhou Residential Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510623, China）Abstract:Guangzhou Liede Hotel is a framecorewall structure with an eccentric tower and a large podium. Seismic performance objectives of the structure were determined based on the conceptual design. Elastic analysis indicated the performance objectives were fulfilled. Bad impact brought by eccentricity of tower included that podium shared 30% of the total horizontal force, that eccentric tower enhanced the torsion effect of the podium and the tower and the podium interacted with each other.
