軟土地區(qū)超高層全逆作法工程實踐

嚴開濤1,萬怡秀1,吳昭華1,張莉華1,孫芬2,陳燕1,王輝1(1 北京富力城房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司, 北京 100022;2 北京天鴻圓方建筑設(shè)計有限責任公司, 北京 100062)[摘要]結(jié)合工程實際情況,天津富潤中心地下室采用全逆作法方案,基坑支護采用地連墻(兩墻合一)+結(jié)構(gòu)樓板水平支撐兩者結(jié)合,保證基坑安全,加快進度,節(jié)省支護成本。采用ETABS軟件分析樓板的支撐剛度,指導(dǎo)基坑設(shè)計,同時對西側(cè)汽車坡道、北側(cè)人防樓梯及沉降后澆帶進行處理,以滿足水平支撐的要求。提出壁樁方案及其設(shè)計方法,滿足逆作法的需要。采用后疊合方案解決地下工程施工偏差較大的問題,采用預(yù)埋鋼筋、預(yù)埋鋼筋接駁器、焊接鋼牛腿等措施解決水平構(gòu)件與豎向構(gòu)件連接節(jié)點問題。東側(cè)因場地限制采用柱壓地連墻的方案,使用十字鋼板接頭和壓頂大梁解決地連墻接頭抗剪承載力較弱和整體受力的問題。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 全逆作法; 壁樁; 柱壓地連墻中圖分類號:TU471+8文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)11005005Engineering practice of topdown construction method for super highrise buildings in softsoil areaYan Kaitao1, Wan Yixiu1, Wu Zhaohua1, Zhang Lihua1, Sun Fen2, Chen Yan1, Wang Hui1 (1 Beijing R&F Properties Development Co., Ltd., Beijing 100022, China;2 Beijing Tianhong Yuanfang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100062, China)Abstract:Based on practical engineering,topdown construction method was adopted in the basement of Tianjin R&F Center. Dualpurpose diaphragm wall and structural floor(as horizontal struts) were used for the foundation pit. The combination can ensure the safety of foundation pit,accelerate the construction progress,reduce the foundation pit cost. ETABS software was used to analyze the brace stiffness of structural floor to direct foundation pit design,and corresponding measures were adopted for west car ramp, north civil air stair and postpouring strip to satisfy stiffness requirements of horizontal struts. Barrettes were used to meet the needs for topdown construction method. Postcomposite scheme was used to solve the construction deviation of structure members. Preembedded steel bar, pre\|embedded steel connector and welded steel bracket were used to joints of horizontal and vertical structure members.
