天津富潤中心超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設計

吳昭華1,孫芬2,鄒安宇3,嚴開濤1,萬怡秀1,陳燕1,張莉華1,吳連杰1,喻員林1(1 北京富力城房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司, 北京 100022; 2 北京天鴻圓方建筑設計有限責任公司,北京 100062; 3 廊坊澳美基業(yè)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司, 廊坊 065001)[摘要]天津富潤中心采用鋼管混凝土疊合柱和鋼筋混凝土核心筒作為結(jié)構(gòu)受力體系,并利用避難層設置伸臂桁架加強其側(cè)向剛度。提出了合理的抗震性能目標,并進行了小震彈性和大震彈塑性分析,將概念設計和計算充分結(jié)合,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)方案的安全合理。在基礎設計中選擇了合理的靜載試驗方案,并采用變剛度調(diào)平來減小內(nèi)筒和外框之間的沉降差。對一次性加載、正常施工模擬加載、考慮逆作的施工模擬加載三種施工順序進行了模擬加載分析。針對鋼管疊合柱與混凝土梁連接節(jié)點,提出了在鋼管壁開方洞補強的方案,進行了節(jié)點補強有限元分析和節(jié)點試驗。對兩棟塔樓之間的裙房梁板進行了專項有限元分析,按中震不屈服配筋,并進行了大震不坍塌驗算。通過將加強層核心筒角部內(nèi)置圓鋼管改為方鋼管端柱,優(yōu)化了此位置連接節(jié)點。[關(guān)鍵詞]天津富潤中心; 鋼管混凝土疊合柱; 開方洞補強中圖分類號:TU9733文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)11004208Structural design on super tall buildings of Tianjin R&F CenterWu Zhaohua1, Sun Fen2, Zou Anyu3, Yan Kaitao1, Wan Yixiu1, Chen Yan1, Zhang Lihua1, Wu Lianjie1, Yu Yuanlin1 (1 Beijing R&F Properties Development Co., Ltd., Beijing 100022, China; 2 Beijing Tianhong Yuanfang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100062, China; 3 Langfang Aumay Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Langfang 065001, China)Abstract:Concrete filled steel tube composite columns and framecore wall system form the structural system of Tianjin R&F Center, in which outriggers are used to strengthen lateral stiffness. Combined with conceptual design and structural calculations, proper seismic performance objectives were proposed, while elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes and elasticplastic analysis under severe earthquakes were carried out to ensure the safety. In foundation design, proper static load test was selected and balance design method for variablerigidity was used to reduce the settlement difference between core wall and frame. Three kinds of construction simulation analysis method were carried out, including oneoff loading, construction simulation loading and construction simulation with consideration of inverse construction. For connecting concrete filled steel tube composite columns and RC beams, the method of opening square hole on steel tube wall to reinforce relevant areas was proposed, while corresponding finite element analysis and test were applied. For the podium between the two towers, nonyielding reinforcement under moderate earthquakes and noncollapse assessment calculations under severe earthquakes were performed based on special finite element analysis.
