鋼管壁開洞組合柱試件軸心受壓性能試驗研究

[摘要]為研究圓鋼管壁開洞率對鋼筋混凝土梁鋼管混凝土組合柱節(jié)點核心區(qū)軸心受壓性能的影響,進行了14個鋼管壁開洞和4個鋼管壁不開洞的鋼管混凝土組合柱試件的軸心受壓試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:鋼管壁開洞率不大于50%時,試件的軸心受壓承載力沒有顯著降低;鋼管壁開洞率為50%且壁厚由8mm增大到12mm14mm時,試件軸心受壓承載力有較大提高;設(shè)置加勁板加強鋼管壁洞口四周的試件,軸壓力縱向應(yīng)變曲線在峰值點后下降平緩,試件的塑性變形能力明顯提高??紤]鋼管對混凝土的約束作用時,試件軸心受壓承載力計算值與試驗值符合較好;不考慮圓鋼管對混凝土約束作用時,試件的軸心受壓承載力計算值小于試驗值較多。建議計算試件軸心受壓承載力應(yīng)考慮鋼管對混凝土的約束作用。

Experimental study on axial compressive behavior of composite column specimens with openings on steel tube wall

Abstract:To study the influence of opening ratio of the steel tube wall on the axial compressive behavior of core area of RC beam and concrete filled steel tube composite column joint, quasistatic tests on 18 composite column specimens were conducted. Among the 18 specimens, there were 14 specimens with large openings and 4 specimens without openings on the steel tube wall. Results indicate that the openings have little influence on the axial compressive strength of the specimens when the opening ratio is less than 50%. For the specimens with the opening ratio of 50%, the axial compressive strength increases significantly when the thickness of steel tube wall increases from 8mm to 12mm or 14mm. The axial compressive loadlongitudinal strain curves of the specimens drop slowly and the plastic deformation capacity enhances greatly, when the steel tube is strengthened by stiffeners along the perimeter of openings. Taking into consideration of the confinement effect of steel tube on the core concrete, the calculated axial compressive strength of specimens is in good agreement with the test results, but it is much smaller than that of the test results without taking into consideration of the confinement effect of steel tube on the core concrete. Taking into consideration of the confinement effect of steel tube on the core concrete is recommended in the calculation of axial compressive strength of specimens.
