[提要]針對地下室逆作法技術(shù)應(yīng)用中存在的技術(shù)集成復(fù)雜、施工難度大等問題,提出了地下室逆作法集成技術(shù)的概念,并給出了逆作法設(shè)計(jì)中關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的技術(shù)集成思路、原則及相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。結(jié)合多個(gè)實(shí)際工程中逆作法的應(yīng)用情況,對設(shè)計(jì)和施工中集成的新技術(shù)、新工藝的特點(diǎn)以及效益進(jìn)行了分析,為逆作法技術(shù)在今后的應(yīng)用提供借鑒和參考。

Design and Application of Integral Technique for Basement"s Top-down Construction/Luo Chiyu, Chen Xing (The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 510010, China)Abstract:To solve the critical problems of complicacy in technique and difficulty in application during the practice of the basements topdown construction, the conception of the integral technique for basement"s top-down construction is put forward. The path, principle and design method of sticking points in the integral technique are also presented. Based on the experience of the application of top-down method in some projects, the character of new techniques integrated in design and construction as well as economic benefit is analyzed, which can be referred for future top-down construction.
