高強鋼筋混凝土結構設計及工程實例中鋼筋用量分析*

方敏華, 劉立新(鄭州大學綜合設計研究院,鄭州 450002)[摘要]討論高強鋼筋混凝土結構設計中的鋼筋錨固長度和裂縫寬度控制等問題,對3個工程實例分別采用500,400,335MPa級熱軋帶肋鋼筋進行設計,對不同強度等級鋼筋的用量進行了分析和比較,得出了用400MPa級鋼筋代替335MPa級鋼筋用量可減少約10%、用500MPa級鋼筋代替335MPa級鋼筋用量可減少約20%的結論,并提出了高強鋼筋工程設計和應用的建議。[關鍵詞]高強鋼筋;鋼筋用量;錨固長度;裂縫寬度中圖分類號:TU375 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)10-0059-05Design of concrete structures with high strength reinforcement and analysis of the reinforcement amount in engineering projectsFang Minhua, Liu Lixin(Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: The anchorage length and the control of crack width in reinforced concrete structures with high strength reinforcement were discussed. For 3 engineering projects, hot-rolled ribbed steel bars of 500MPa, 400MPa and 335MPa grade were used respectively. The reinforcement amount of different strength were analyzed and compared. The results show that the reinforcement amount may decrease about 10% for using reinforcement of 400MPa instead of steel bars of 335MPa. When using 500MPa grade steel bars to replace the 350MPa ones, the reduction can be 20%.
