［摘要］為對(duì)比配筋砌塊砌體結(jié)構(gòu)與磚混結(jié)構(gòu)（混凝土實(shí)心磚）在建設(shè)多層住宅建筑方面的優(yōu)劣，對(duì)同一棟6層住宅建筑，分別采用配筋砌塊砌體結(jié)構(gòu)和磚混結(jié)構(gòu)兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，在各層樓板配筋和建筑構(gòu)造完全相同的前提下，進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的造價(jià)和結(jié)構(gòu)性能分析，得出采用配筋砌塊砌體結(jié)構(gòu)具有節(jié)約材料、降低工程造價(jià)、增加建筑使用面積、提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗剪承載力與抗震性能等諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)，證明該結(jié)構(gòu)是適合于多層住宅建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)體系。

Comparison of structural design and analysis of a 6-storey residential building in Harbin

Abstract: To compare the pros and cons of reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure with brick masonry structure in the area of building multi-storey residential buildings, both reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure and brick masonry structure were used for the structure design of a 6-storey residential building. Under the same premise of both the architectural construction and the reinforcement of each floor, a detailed analysis of the project cost and structural performance was carried out, and a conclusion for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings was draw that reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure has the advantage of saving material, reducing the project cost, increasing the net area，improving the shearing capacity and seismic performance, and so on, which proves that reinforced concrete block masonry shear wall structure is suitable for multi-storey residential buildings.
