三亞海棠灣七星級酒店超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

賈勇, 蔡文杰, 彭肇才(中建國際(深圳)設(shè)計顧問有限公司, 深圳 518000)[摘要]三亞海棠灣七星級酒店為框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),高度為144.2m;結(jié)構(gòu)最大懸挑30m,平面狹長,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、結(jié)構(gòu)偏心率大于0.15、樓板不連續(xù)、尺寸突變等超限情況。根據(jù)本項目特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了時程分析、罕遇地震下的Pushover分析,采用SAP2000進(jìn)行施工模擬分析,并采用ABAQUS對結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了有限元分析,證明了結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,并提出了相應(yīng)的抗震加強(qiáng)措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層結(jié)構(gòu);大懸挑;時程分析;施工模擬分析;Pushover中圖分類號:TU973.1+6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)10-0045-05Structure design on super high-rise building of Sanya Haitangwan seven-star hotelJia Yong, Cai Wenjie, Peng Zhaocai(China Construction (Shenzhen) Design International Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518000, China)Abstract: Sanya Haitangwan seven-star hotel is a frame-shear wall structure with the height of 144.2m. The hotel has some out-of-codes properties, such as the largest cantilever of 30m, a long and narrow plane, the irregular torsion under earthquake, the structure eccentricity larger than 0.15, discontinuous floors, and the size mutation. The time-history analysis, Pushover analysis under rare earthquake and construction simulation analysis of SAP2000 were taken to analyze the super high-rise building. Key joints were analyzed by ABAQUS software.
