古建筑平移中移動系統(tǒng)的受力性能試驗研究

[摘要]古建筑平移工程中多采用滾軸作為移動裝置,易產(chǎn)生平移偏位,且移動過程中需人工調(diào)整滾軸位置,增加了輔助工作時間。通過對滾軸支撐系統(tǒng)、軸承支撐系統(tǒng)、滾珠支撐系統(tǒng)進行頂推力比對試驗分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在相同荷載下,軸承支撐系統(tǒng)的頂推力與滾軸、滾珠支撐系統(tǒng)的頂推力相比較小,從而降低了建筑移位時的加速度,且定向性能好。對軸承支撐系統(tǒng)的滾動摩擦特性及受壓承載力進行試驗研究,結果表明,軸承支撐系統(tǒng)的頂推力與荷載之比F/N值較為平穩(wěn),其極限受壓承載力遠遠高于額定載荷,安全度高、可操作性好,尤其適用于結構自重較小的平移工程。

Experimental research on mechanical performance of the moving system in ancient architecture translocations

Abstract: The rollers are used as moving device in all the ancient buildings translocation projects. The rollers are easy to deviate in the translocation and need adjustment of position artificially, which increases the auxiliary working time. Comparing tests were carried on the thrust force among the roller supporting system, bearing supporting system and the ball supporting system. Results show that under the same load, the thrust force of the bearing supporting system is smaller than the thrust force of roller supporting system and ball supporting system. Bearing supporting system can reduce the acceleration in the translocation and has excellent directional property. Tests of rolling friction characteristics and compressive capacity of the bearing supporting system were carried out. Results show that the F/N values of the bearing supporting system are reposeful and the ultimate bearing capacity is much higher than the load rating. Bearing supporting system is safe, well operable and suitable for the small weight translocation project.
