不銹鋼貼角焊縫連接試驗(yàn)及設(shè)計(jì)建議*

金曉蘭,鄒若夢(mèng),董軍(南京工業(yè)大學(xué)新型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)研究所, 南京 210009)[摘要]對(duì)我國(guó)奧氏體304不銹鋼進(jìn)行正面角焊縫和側(cè)面角焊縫連接受力性能試驗(yàn)研究,共4組12個(gè)試件,考慮焊條電弧焊(SMAW)和鎢極氬弧焊(TIG)兩種焊接工藝的影響。由試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象得到了正、側(cè)面角焊縫連接的極限荷載和極限變形及不銹鋼角焊縫的破壞特征;通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,參照國(guó)內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的相關(guān)公式,提出了適用于我國(guó)不銹鋼角焊縫連接承載力的設(shè)計(jì)建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]不銹鋼;角焊縫;試驗(yàn)研究;設(shè)計(jì)建議中圖分類號(hào):TU392.6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)09-0078-05Experiments and design suggestions for stainless steel fillet connectionsJin Xiaolan, Zou Ruomeng, Dong Jun(Institute of Steel Structures, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract: Twelve specimens of fillet connections made of austenitic stainless steel 304 were tested with two kinds of weld procedures, SMAW and TIG, to research the mechanical performances of positive and side fillet weld connections. From the test data and phenomena, ultimate load, ultimate deformation and failure characteristics of fillet weld of stainless steel were obtained.
