雙角鋼屈曲約束支撐滯回性能研究*

[摘要]為研究采用國(guó)標(biāo)Q235熱軋角鋼設(shè)計(jì)制作的屈曲約束支撐試件的滯回性能,檢驗(yàn)雙角鋼工作協(xié)同性對(duì)支撐性能的影響,設(shè)計(jì)并制作了兩種截面、兩種組合方式的4個(gè)屈曲約束支撐試件。通過(guò)低周循環(huán)加載靜力試驗(yàn),研究了包括力-位移滯回曲線、剛度變化、恢復(fù)力模型、延性、耗能性能等在內(nèi)的滯回性能。研究表明,雙角鋼屈曲約束支撐性能穩(wěn)定,延性較高,具有良好的耗能性能和抗低周疲勞性能;內(nèi)核構(gòu)件拉壓極限荷載的差值隨著控制位移的增加而略有增大,雙角鋼屈曲約束支撐的恢復(fù)力模型可以采用雙線性模型進(jìn)行描述;雙角鋼鋼芯工作段焊接與否不影響兩角鋼的協(xié)同工作能力,也不影響支撐的強(qiáng)化剛度、延性、耗能性能等指標(biāo),該類型支撐鋼芯的工作協(xié)同性僅僅與鋼芯和外套管的相對(duì)剛度有關(guān);端部加強(qiáng)的做法使支撐制作工藝簡(jiǎn)化、費(fèi)用降低,便于批量生產(chǎn)。

Analysis on hysteretic behavior of double angle steel buckling-restrained brace

Abstract: Four specimens with two sections and two kinds of cross combinations were designed and produced to study the hysteretic behaviour and test the effect of double angle steel interoperability on buckling-restrained braces(BRB) which were fabricated with Chinese Q235 steel. The forcedisplacement hysteretic curve, stiffness changes, restoring force model, ductility, energy dissipation etc., were researched through the tension-compression cyclic loading hysteretic performance test. Studies show that the load-displacement hysteretic curves of double angle steel BRB have stable performance and high ductility. These BRB have excellent energy performance and resistance to low cycle fatigue. The difference between tensile and compressive ultimate load of core load slightly increases with the increase of displacement. The restoring force model of double angle steel BRB can be described by bilinear model. Whether the double angle steel core segments are welded or not does not affect the interoperability of two angle steel, stiffness enhancement, ductility, energy consumption of BRB, and the interoperability is only associated with the relative stiffness of steel core and pipe. The fabric of end strengthening can simplify the production process, reduce costs and is ease of mass production.
