鋼框架柱外傳力式節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)與有限元分析

徐忠根1,程定榮1,鄧長根2(1 廣州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 廣州 510006; 2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 上海 200092)[摘要]基于2個(gè)新型柱外傳力式節(jié)點(diǎn)和2個(gè)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,采用大型有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)在單調(diào)荷載作用下的受力性能進(jìn)行有限元分析,研究了兩類節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限荷載、應(yīng)力分布、應(yīng)力發(fā)展規(guī)律、破壞形態(tài)。有限元計(jì)算得到的荷載位移曲線和局部破壞形態(tài)與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。研究結(jié)果表明,增設(shè)傳力板使得節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力得到改善,從而避免梁根部應(yīng)力發(fā)展導(dǎo)致梁柱連接處焊縫過早地發(fā)生脆性破壞,而且增設(shè)傳力板使得節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力得到提高。[關(guān)鍵詞]柱外傳力;傳力板;節(jié)點(diǎn);試驗(yàn);有限元分析中圖分類號(hào):TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)09-0062-04Experiment and finite element analysis on the behavior of connections of steel frame joints transferring forces outside columnsXu Zhonggen1, Cheng Dingrong1, Deng Changgen2(1 School of Civil Engineering, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou 510006, China; 2 College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Based on experimental results of two -steel frame joints transferring forces outside columns and two ordinary joints, the mechanical properties of two kinds of joints under static loading were calculated by ANSYS software. The ultimate load, distribution of stresses, development rule of stresses, and failure mode of two kinds of joints were investigated. The load-displacement curves and local failure modes by finite element analysis show good agreement with those of the experiments. Analytical results indicate that the stresses of joints are improved by adding transfer plates, thereby the premature brittle fracture near the butt weld with high stresses is avoided.
