［摘要］江蘇綠建大廈為16層框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，為了取得底部大空間，采用穿越兩層的人字形斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換上部三榀框架柱承擔(dān)的14層的荷載，轉(zhuǎn)換跨度16.8m。對(duì)斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換進(jìn)行了分析，認(rèn)為工程中斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換跨度大、荷載大，力學(xué)概念清晰，轉(zhuǎn)換效率高，有效減輕了結(jié)構(gòu)自重，節(jié)省了造價(jià)。同時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)整體豎向剛度協(xié)調(diào)，具有良好的抗震性能。工程中對(duì)斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng)，并研究了該種結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。

Structural design of the transfer truss in Lvjian building

Abstract: Jiangsu Lvjian building is a 16-story fame-shear wall structure. To get large space at the bottom, twostory high herringbone diagonal brace with 16.8 meters span was applied to bear the loads from upper 14 stories via three columns. Analysis shows that the diagonal brace has large span, big load, clear mechanics concept and high transfer efficiency, and can help to reduce the gravity load of structure and save the cost. The vertical stiffness of the integral structure is coordinated, which indicates well seismic performance. In addition, the joints of the diagonal brace in this project were strengthened and key points for joint design were analyzed.
