［摘要］某塔樓高248.9m，存在較多斜柱，且設(shè)置有兩道加強(qiáng)層。加強(qiáng)層包括伸臂桁架和環(huán)桁架，底部和頂部存在40多米高躍層柱，中部多層樓板開大洞，屬于特別不規(guī)則的超限超高層建筑。場(chǎng)地橫跨地鐵站和盾構(gòu)隧道，超高層塔樓緊鄰地鐵站及地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)在不同水準(zhǔn)地震作用下，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)所考慮的各種因素、進(jìn)行的計(jì)算分析和采取的措施，希望能給類似的工程設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design of the super tall building located on the railway station

Abstract: The building with 248.9m height is an irregular out-of-codes super tall building, which includes many inclined columns, two stories with outriggers and belt trusses, and some big openings in the middle floors. Columns, which pass through several floors in the bottom and the top of the building, are more than 40m. Moreover, the super tall building strides across a railway station and a shield tunnel. The design factors of analysis process and seismic measures under different seismic actions were introduced for reference.
