鄂爾多斯東勝體育場看臺結構設計

范重，胡純煬，劉先明，王義華，李麗，尤天直（中國建筑設計研究院， 北京 100044）［摘要］鄂爾多斯東勝體育場是一座帶有可開閉屋頂?shù)拇笮腕w育建筑，結構體系新穎獨特。體育場由巨拱+鋼拉索、固定屋蓋、活動屋蓋、碗狀看臺結構以及裙房組成?？磁_由斜柱、樓層梁與看臺梁形成的徑向剛架作為徑向抗側力體系，由環(huán)向樓面梁連接各榀徑向剛架形成環(huán)向框架。為了避免對開合屋蓋產(chǎn)生的不利影響，體育場看臺混凝土結構不設縫，采取了后澆帶超長延遲封閉等綜合措施，減小混凝土溫度收縮應力的影響。巨拱高129m、跨度330m，與地面垂線傾斜6.1°，通過23組鋼索將屋蓋大部分重力荷載傳給巨拱，水平荷載則由下部看臺混凝土結構承擔。體育場中部活動屋蓋最大可開啟面積為10 076.2m2，可以很好地滿足全天候的使用需求。對活動屋蓋考慮了處于完全打開或完全閉合狀態(tài)時，屋蓋結構能夠承受各種最不利的荷載與作用進行混凝土看臺結構設計。當活動屋蓋處于運動狀態(tài)時，荷載取值根據(jù)具體情況適當減小，這樣既保證了整體結構的安全，又節(jié)省了造價。［關鍵詞］東勝體育場； 拱索結構； 開合屋蓋； 看臺結構； 基礎； 超長混凝土結構中圖分類號：TU318 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)09-0010-09Structural design on grandstand of Ordos Dongsheng StadiumFan Zhong, Hu Chunyang, Liu Xianming, Wang Yihua, Li Li, You Tianzhi（China Architectural Design & Research Group, Beijing 100044, China）Abstract: The Ordos Dongsheng Stadium is a large sports building with a retractable roof, which adopts a distinctive structural system. The stadium consists of giant arch, steel cables, fixed roof, retractable roof, bowl-shaped grandstand as well as podiums. Lateral forces on the grandstand are resisted by the radial frame which is composed by inclined columns, floor beams and stand beams. The radial frames are connected by toroidal floor beams to form toroidal frame. During the construction of the concrete structure, the post-cast strip is poured extremely late and the concrete structure has no construction joints left, in order to reduce the temperature shrinkage stress of the concrete and avoid adverse effects on the retractable roof. The giant arch has a maximum height of 129m and a span of 330m,with an inclination angle of 6.1° from the vertical plane. The gravity of the roof is mostly transferred to the giant arch by 23 sets of steel cables, while the horizontal forces are bore by the concrete grandstand below, which greatly reduces the height of the fixed roof. The maximum open area of retractable roof in stadium is 10 076.2m2. The stadium can be well used under various weather conditions. The retractable roof is considered in the fully open state and closed completely. The cocrete grandstand is designed in the condition that roof structure can bear the most unfavorable load and effect.
