上海中心大廈柔性懸掛式幕墻支撐結構分析與設計

丁潔民,何志軍(同濟大學建筑設計研究院(集團)有限公司, 上海 200092)[摘要]上海中心大廈建筑高度為632m,是目前在建的國內最高的超高層建筑之一,該項目采用了非常獨特的雙層幕墻系統(tǒng)。外幕墻支撐結構采用了獨特的分區(qū)懸掛的柔性幕墻支撐結構體系,該體系具有分區(qū)懸掛重量大、支承剛度柔、荷載效應及節(jié)點構造復雜等特點。對該幕墻支撐結構體系的選型進行了說明,并對幕墻支撐結構在風荷載、溫度等主要荷載作用下的受力特性以及幕墻支撐結構的豎向變形、幕墻與主體結構的連接構造進行了簡要介紹。[關鍵詞]上海中心大廈; 懸掛式幕墻; 幕墻支撐結構; 結構設計中圖分類號:TU398.7 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)09-0005-05Analysis and design of flexible hanging curtain wall support structure system of Shanghai TowerDing Jiemin, He Zhijun(Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Shanghai Tower with the height of 632m is one of the highest super tall buildings under construction in China. The tower has a unique curtain wall system with the inner and outer“double-skin” curtain walls. A unique flexible hanging curtain wall support structure (CWSS) was ultimately developed to suit the significant appearance and the transparent visual requirements of the building. CWSS has characteristics of big hanging weight for each zone, flexible supporting stiffness, complicated load effects and connection details. The selection of structural system was introduced and mechanical characteristics under temperature and wind loads were studied.
