CFG樁復合地基在某超高層建筑中的應用

鄧日海1,羅鐵生2(1 廣西華藍巖土工程有限公司, 南寧 530001; 2 陽光100置業(yè)集團有限公司, 北京 100026)[摘要]某超高層建筑,地上43層,地下2層,為框剪結(jié)構(gòu),采用筏板基礎(chǔ)。采用CFG樁復合地基進行地基處理,設(shè)計要求處理后CFG樁復合地基承載力特征值為820kPa,是目前國內(nèi)采用復合地基技術(shù)提高地基承載力幅度最大的工程。施工后,經(jīng)靜載試驗檢測表明,地基承載力滿足設(shè)計要求。建筑物沉降觀測顯示地基變形基本穩(wěn)定,平均沉降量為45.16mm。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑;CFG樁復合地基;復合地基承載力特征值;單樁承載力特征值;復合土層的復合模量中圖分類號:TU472 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)08-0092-05Application of CFG pile-composite foundation in a super tall buildingDeng Rihai1, Luo Tiesheng2(1 Guangxi Hualan Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanning 530001, China; 2 Sunshine100 Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100026, China)Abstract: The super tall building is frame-shear wall structure with 43 floors overground and 2 floors underground, which adopts raft foundation. CFG pile-composite foundation was used to meet the requirements of the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity (820kPa). This project is the largest one in improvement of the foundations bearing capacity by technology of CFG pile-composite foundation in domestic. The foundation bearing capacity can meet the requirements according to the result of static loading test.
