多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓房檢測鑒定及加固設(shè)計

張德華，張哲輝，谷偉平（廣州市魯班建筑集團(tuán)有限公司， 廣州 510665）［摘要］結(jié)合工程實例，通過對既有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的詳細(xì)檢測及分析，闡述了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工中存在的典型問題，并對加固方法進(jìn)行了分析，確定了合理的加固設(shè)計方案。采用外包鋼筋混凝土和新加錨筋式承臺靜壓樁分別對框架梁、柱和基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了加固設(shè)計和施工。經(jīng)過結(jié)構(gòu)靜載試驗及建筑使用情況監(jiān)測，證明加固設(shè)計方案達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果，可為其他同類工程提供參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］鋼結(jié)構(gòu)檢測；加固設(shè)計；外包鋼筋混凝土；靜壓樁；靜載試驗中圖分類號：TU392.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)08-0078-04Detection and reinforcement design of a multistory steel structureZhang Dehua, Zhang Zhehui, Gu Weiping(Guangzhou Luban Construction Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510665, China)Abstract: Combined with a practical project, based on the detailed inspection and analysis of the existing steel structure, the typical problems of steel structure construction were elaborated. The method on reinforcement was analyzed, and a reasonable reinforcement design scheme was identified. Outsourcing reinforced concrete and added anchored pile caps static pressure piles were respectively used for the design and construction of frame beam, column and foundation. By structure static load test and usage observation of the building, it is proved that the reinforcement reconstruction design has achieved the expected objective.
