地震作用下早齡期鋼筋混凝土粘結(jié)特性試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]新澆筑的早齡期混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)受到地震作用后鋼筋與混凝土間產(chǎn)生相對(duì)變形,尤其是預(yù)留鋼筋隨地震作用的甩動(dòng),會(huì)導(dǎo)致鋼筋與混凝土間粘結(jié)特性改變。通過(guò)終凝初期(12h)混凝土與鋼筋受地震作用(峰值加速度分別為0.45g,0.25g,0.15g,0.06g,0.00g)的模擬試驗(yàn),探討了鋼筋甩動(dòng)使混凝土表面產(chǎn)生空穴的機(jī)理和形態(tài)、受振動(dòng)后鋼筋沿錨固長(zhǎng)度的應(yīng)變分布與粘結(jié)應(yīng)力變化關(guān)系、早齡期混凝土在受振后粘結(jié)應(yīng)力損失的規(guī)律等。研究結(jié)果表明:空穴的大小與振動(dòng)力大小相關(guān),且會(huì)影響鋼筋與混凝土的粘結(jié)應(yīng)力分布形態(tài),使有效錨固長(zhǎng)度減小。

Experimental study on bond behavior of early-age reinforced concrete under earthquake action

Abstract:The relative deformation between reinforced bars and concrete would be present in the early-age concrete under the earthquake action, especially with the reinforced bars swinging, the change of bond behavior between reinforced bars and concrete would happen. Simulative experiments of the early-age reinforced concrete (12h) under different degrees of seismic actions(0.45g, 0.25g, 0.15g, 0.06g and 0.00g) were carried out. The mechanism and formation of the gaps in early-age concrete associated with swinging actions of reinforced bars, the stress-strain relationship along the anchorage length, and the loss of bond stress after vibration were investigated. The results show that the scale of gap relates to the seismic forces, changes the distribution of bond stresses, and reduces the effective anchorage length.
