高強(qiáng)鋼筋高強(qiáng)混凝土簡支梁抗剪試驗(yàn)研究*

葉獻(xiàn)國1,2,張煜1,種迅1,蔣慶1,黃小坤3,劉剛3(1 合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)土木與水利工程學(xué)院, 合肥 230009; 2 安徽土木工程結(jié)構(gòu)與材料省級實(shí)驗(yàn)室, 合肥 230009; 3 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院, 北京 100013)[摘要]為研究高強(qiáng)鋼筋高強(qiáng)混凝土簡支梁的抗剪性能,設(shè)計(jì)了5根同時(shí)采用HRBF500級高強(qiáng)鋼筋和C80高強(qiáng)混凝土的簡支梁,并對其進(jìn)行了集中荷載作用下的剪切破壞試驗(yàn),分析了不同配箍率和不同縱筋配筋率對于試件裂縫、破壞形態(tài)、撓度及承載力的影響,并將承載力的試驗(yàn)值與我國《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)及美國ACI 318-08規(guī)范進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)梁的破壞形態(tài)與普通梁相似,抗剪承載力隨配箍率的增大而提高,按我國《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)和美國ACI 31808規(guī)范計(jì)算的承載力與實(shí)測承載力存在一定差異。[關(guān)鍵詞]簡支梁; 高強(qiáng)混凝土; 高強(qiáng)鋼筋; 受剪承載力中圖分類號:TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)08-0048-03Experimental study on shear behavior of simple supported high-strength concrete beams with high-strength steelYe Xianguo1,2, Zhang Yu1, Chong Xun1, Jiang Qing1, Huang Xiaokun3, Liu Gang3(1 School of Civil Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei 230009, China; 2 Anhui Provincial Civil Structural and Material Laboratory, Hefei 230009, China; 3 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: In order to study the shear performance of simple supported high-strength concrete beams with high-strength steel, five simple supported beams which were made by HRBF500 high strength steel and C80 high strength concrete, were tested under the concentrated loads. The effects of different stirrup ratio and the amount of longitudinal reinforcement on the crack, model of failure, deflection and shear capacity were studied. The shear strength of tested beams were compared with the shear design approaches of Chinese Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010) and American ACI 318-08 Code. The results indicate that the failure model of high-strength concrete beams with high-strength steel is similar to that of normal beams. With increasing of stirrup ratio, the shear strength of beams increases correspondingly.
