杭州火車東站站房鋼管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)研究與有限元分析

[摘要]杭州火車東站站房鋼屋蓋采用由變橢圓截面斜鋼柱和鋼管格構(gòu)斜柱支承的大跨度鋼管空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu),各類空間相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜。為全面了解復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能,檢驗(yàn)其強(qiáng)度是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證有限元分析模型的可靠性,對(duì)位于屋蓋桁架、格構(gòu)斜柱、單層橢球面網(wǎng)殼等不同位置的若干關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。在簡(jiǎn)要介紹試驗(yàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)、加載裝置、加載制度及測(cè)點(diǎn)布置方案的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了主要試驗(yàn)結(jié)果及有限元分析結(jié)果。研究結(jié)果表明,各類節(jié)點(diǎn)均具有良好的承載能力,節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)安全可靠,彈塑性非線性有限元分析可以較好地模擬試驗(yàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能。

Experimental research and finite element analysis on tubular joints of Hangzhou East Railway Station

Abstract:The roof structure for the main building of Hangzhou East Railway Station adopts a longspan spatial steel truss supported by inclined elliptical steel columns with variable cross sections and inclined tubular lattice steel columns. Spatial tubular joints in this structure have complicated configurations. In order to investigate the structural behavior of the complex joints, to test whether their strengths meet the design requirements and to verify the reliability of the finite element model, experiments were carried out on several key joints located at the roof truss, the inclined lattice columns and the singlelayer ellipsoid reticulated shell respectively. Followed by a brief introduction on the test joint design, loading device, loading procedure and measuring point layout scheme, the main experimental results and the corresponding finite element results were described. It is shown that, all test joints have good bearing capacity, the design of joints is safe and reliable, and the elastoplastic nonlinear finite element analysis can simulate the bearing behavior of the test joints satisfactorily.
