型鋼再生混凝土梁受剪性能試驗研究

薛建陽1,王秀振1,馬輝1,林建鵬1,陳宗平2(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院, 西安 710055;2 廣西大學(xué)土木建筑工程學(xué)院, 南寧 530004)[摘要]為研究型鋼再生混凝土梁的受剪性能,進行了10根型鋼再生混凝土梁和2根型鋼普通混凝土梁的抗剪性能試驗,考慮了再生粗骨料取代率、剪跨比和混凝土強度3個影響因素。12根試驗梁中有8根發(fā)生剪切斜壓破壞,4根發(fā)生彎剪破壞。試驗表明,在型鋼再生混凝土梁中配置一定數(shù)量的箍筋可避免剪切粘結(jié)破壞的發(fā)生,型鋼再生混凝土梁與型鋼普通混凝土梁受力過程相似,且強度并沒有明顯降低。[關(guān)鍵詞]型鋼再生混凝土; 梁; 受剪性能; 試驗研究中圖分類號:TU391,TU3925文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)07006904Experimental study on shear performance of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beamsXue Jianyang1, Wang Xiuzhen1, Ma Hui1, Lin Jianpeng1, Chen Zongping2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Xi′an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi′an 710055, China;2 College of Civil and Architectural Engineering, Guangxi University, Nanning 530004, China)Abstract:In order to study the shear performance of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams, ten steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams and two steel reinforced normal aggregate concrete beams were tested. The replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, the shear span ratio and the concrete strength were considered. Among twelve testing beams, 8 beams failed for shearing diagonal compression, and the other 4 beams failed for bending and shearing. The test results show that the occurrence of shear adhesive failure can be avoided if a certain number of stirrups are set in steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams.
