地下室模型對超高層建筑地下室核心剪力墻受力影響研究

陳勤1,黃俊海1,曾德光1,張偉1,王興法1,劉俊1,夏熙堯2(1 香港華藝設(shè)計(jì)顧問(深圳)有限公司, 深圳 518031;2 廣西大學(xué)土木建筑工程學(xué)院, 南寧 530004)[摘要]通過理論分析和實(shí)際工程數(shù)值計(jì)算研究了高層建筑地下室樓板模型及地下室外回填土約束作用對核心筒剪力墻計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響。研究表明,地下室樓板采用剛性假定不能真實(shí)地反映結(jié)構(gòu)的受力狀況,無論地下室外回填土的約束作用是否考慮,都會得出地下1層墻肢剪力突增的計(jì)算結(jié)果;而地下室樓板采用彈性殼元模擬,即便地下室外回填土的約束設(shè)定為無約束和水平剛性約束兩種極端情況,地下1層核心筒剪力墻依然不會出現(xiàn)顯著的剪力突變。[關(guān)鍵詞]剪力墻; 剪力突變; 剛性樓板假定; 彈性樓板假定; 回填土約束中圖分類號:TU97316文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2013)07004205Study on effects of basement model on the basement shear walls in super tall buildingsChen Qin1, Huang Junhai1, Zeng Deguang1, Zhang Wei1, Wang Xingfa1, Liu Jun1, Xia Xiyao2(1 Hong Kong Hua Yi Design Consultants(S.Z.) The rigid floor assumption could not reflect the actual bearing conditions, and shear mutation of core tube shear walls located on first basement was obtained independent of the backfill soil.
